Return & Claims Policies:
We are not responsible for losses or damages sustained in any transaction. Any shortages or damages sustained in transactions must be reported and noted at the time of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact your carrier concerning items damaged during transactions.

For any and all returns must have the Return Authorization # ( RA#) printed on the outside of the carton. If the carton do not have the RA # printed outside of the package, it will be refused. All returns must be in its original saleable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories., is not obligated to accept any merchandise returned after 30 days from purchases. All defective claims must be made 72 hours from receipt of merchandise or be subject to a 25% restocking fee. A Repair/Replacement Fee will be assessed to all authorized returns received incomplete, damaged or may be refused at our discretion. We do not reimburse shipping costs (unless the mistake is ours and the buyer requests a refund). Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. There are no restocking fees or additional charges for an exchange. Again, you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us in like-new condition (or the condition the merchandise arrived to you in*).

Please call ahead before attempting to disassemble, assemble, repair, or otherwise modify any products. If the product is not in new, working order, Rival Swords may replace it for you. However, attempting to service a product will void any possibility of returning, refunding, or crediting the product back to you.

Is placing an order using my credit card safe and confidential?
YES! Safe and Confidential using SSL!
During a Secure SSL session, data passed back and forth between your computer and our server is secured by using public key cryptography. All credit card transactions have added security because they are broken into two (2) parts, scrambled, then sent through 2 different secure databases.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically. All packages are shipped by UPS GROUND or USPS.

Does RivalSwords accept international orders?
Right now we just accept the orders from Canada only. Please be aware that orders mailed outside the USA may require duties and customs clearing fees not associated with the purchase price or shipping charges. These additional funds depend on your countries duties/customs laws and regulations. The receiver of the goods will be responsible for paying any such fees.

All PA buyers are subject to 6% sales tax unless they have a PA Retail License. Customers may pick up orders they have placed at Our warehouse hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.

How long does shipping take?
All products are shipped within 2-3 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. When your order has shipped we will send you an email which will have you commercial invoice with the tracking number. UPS Ground is the most common method of shipping. Transit times can range from 1-5 business days depending on your location.
