We ship via UPS Ground service for most of our shipments. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We also ship through United Parcel Post.
Customers must call within 15 days of original purchase to return any item. Misuse of, or used items will not be accepted for return. All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. All merchandise is carefully packed and leaves our facility in perfect condition. Claims should be made to the delivering carrier and notated on the bill of lading or other delivery documents at the time of receipt.
